1. Data Collection and Use by App

Stencil Lab: Tattoo Maker may collect user-provided account details, uploaded reference images, generated stencil outputs, purchase and entitlement metadata, app diagnostics, and basic device/app metadata. This information may be collected through direct user input in the app, automatic SDK collection, app lifecycle events, purchase callbacks, and API requests to our backend providers.

We use this data to provide core app functionality, generate stencil outputs, manage subscriptions and credits, improve reliability and performance, support users, and help keep the Service secure.

2. How We Collect Data

• Information you enter directly in the app, such as email address or reference images.

4. Third-Party AI Processing Details

Stencil Lab: Tattoo Maker uses third-party AI services to generate stencil outputs. Data required for these features may be transmitted as follows:

• OpenAI: uploaded reference images, image derivatives, prompts, and related context needed to generate or refine stencil outputs.
• RevenueCat: subscription status, purchase metadata, and entitlement events needed to manage plans and credits.
• Supabase: authentication data, generation history, stored images, and backend records needed to operate the Service.

Processing by these providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. User Content

Images and prompts you upload may be processed by automated systems and third-party AI providers in order to generate outputs. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use submitted content.
